Manual drafting of complex estate plans and living trusts was an inefficient, hours-long process prone to human error and scaling bottlenecks. Additionally, first responders in LA County lacked a streamlined, accessible digital route to quickly secure critical healthcare documents and legal packages.

Designing a solution

I engineered an automated document generation platform using programmatic logic and decision trees to standardize and accelerate the creation of 20+ complex legal templates. Concurrently, I prototyped and launched a dedicated MVP e-commerce package service tailored for LA County first responders—managing the end-to-end UI/UX, user flows, and checkout systems.
