Objective

Objective

Understanding the challenge

The existing data-driven platform suffered from high transactional friction, dense information architecture, and fragmented user flows across all 5 core modules. Design review cycles were bogged down by manual audits, taking up to 10 days per iteration, while the lack of a standardized design system created growing UI inconsistencies and collaboration bottlenecks between design and engineering teams.

Designing a solution

I overhauled end-to-end UX/UI across all 5 product modules, re-architecting data structures for optimal readability and streamlining user journeys to remove friction points. To scale production, I co-built a centralized design system and established standardized UI components, asset libraries, and user flow documentation. Additionally, I integrated AI-driven tools into the design workflow to automate accessibility audits, generate assets, and streamline team handoffs.

Impact

Impact

  • 90% Faster Review Cycles: Cut design review turnaround times from 10 days to just 1 day through AI-assisted auditing and automated consistency checks.

  • Streamlined User Experience: Eliminated transactional friction across 5 core modules, significantly improving data readability and user flow efficiency.

  • Scalable Handoff Architecture: Standardized design and engineering collaboration with a centralized system, accelerating design-to-development cycle times.
