Understanding the challenge

Developing a new product feature set without grounded UX benchmarks risked misaligned feature prioritization and arbitrary design decisions. Additionally, complex UI interactions were causing post-handoff confusion for developers, while high-stakes industry trade shows demanded a cohesive, high-impact brand presence to stand out in high-traffic environments.

Designing a solution

I synthesized competitive UX research into 20+ usability benchmarks rooted in cognitive science to guide feature prioritization and product architecture. To bridge design and engineering, I architected a comprehensive Figma documentation hub with interactive UI specs and detailed implementation guidelines. Concurrently, I led brand design efforts, creating 15+ large-format trade show graphics and physical collateral assets.
